Hancock School was a historic school on 33 Forest Street in Lexington, Massachusetts. For the past 30 years it has been a condominium.

The school was built in 1891 and was added to the National Historic Register in 1975.

A major fire occurred on Halloween Day 2008.[2] The building has been gutted, the roof has been removed, and reconstruction has started. According to a member of the association, construction will be completed around October 2010.[3]
